My husband and I recently relocated to London this fall and engaged Black Brick as our search agent. They were knowledgeable, kind and helpful in all aspects of our move. Even though, we had an accepted bid, another buyer started a bidding war. (UK bids are not legally binding until an “exchange of contracts” that usually occurs 6-8 weeks after an accepted bid.) Not only did he secure us the flat, exchanging contracts in less than 2 weeks, but we purchased it for less than the competitor’s bid. No doubt, without Black Brick we would never have found the flat, much less been successful at purchasing it.
