My husband and I recently relocated to London this fall and engaged Alex at Black Brick as our search agent. Alex was knowledgeable, kind and helpful in all aspects of our move. However, this is when Alex’s expertise and charm shone through. Not only did he secure us the flat, exchanging contracts in less than 2 weeks, but we purchased it for less than the competitor’s bid. No doubt, without Alex we would never have found the flat, much less been successful at purchasing it.
