The Challenge

Our British clients were relocating from Europe back to the UK. Since moving away from London their family had grown and they were therefore looking for a large family house with at least 5 or 6 bedrooms, a home office, wine cellar, off street parking and air conditioning. They were particularly interested in the areas of West Hampstead and Clapham due to their preferred schools and family connections. They engaged Black Brick due to our expertise in both areas, and the fact that they were under a deadline to have successfully moved into their new home by the summer of 2024.
