We are paid by you, the buyer, and by nobody else. We never accept a fee from a seller, a developer or an estate agent, which is what allows our advice on a property to be genuinely impartial. Fees are agreed with you in writing before we start. How we work sets out the process in full.
Constantly. We act for clients across the United States, the Middle East, Asia, Africa and Europe, many of whom buy without being in the country. We view, film and report on properties on your behalf, and arrange calls around your time zone.
No. Prime central London is where we started and where most of our work is, but we also search Surrey and the Home Counties, and the country and coast in Cornwall, Devon, Dorset and Somerset. We help clients buy abroad through our international property search too.
Yes. We run an in-house property management service, a vacant care service for homes that sit empty while you are away, and a rental search service. We also update you every six months on how the market where you bought is performing.
