The Challenge

Our U.S. client was looking for a London pied-a-terre. They wanted a Central London location, a property in good condition with natural light and an open view with easy access to cafes and shops. Their search took us all over Central London – a long and extensive process which was only made possible due to our extensive knowledge of large parts of the Capital.


The Perfect Conclusion

We successfully agreed the purchase of a brand newly completed three-bedroom lateral flat benefiting from air-cooling, floor to ceiling high windows and bright open views of Southbank. The building further benefits from 24 hr concierge with smart and spacious residents facilities including meeting rooms and a screening room. The Bankside area is also rapidly improving with the announcement of several new high end residential and commercial developments. This includes the Bankside Yards development and the Mandarin Oriental Hotel and Residences.
