Our client, based in the United States, already owned an apartment in London but it had become too small for the family’s needs. They required a three-bedroom, two bathroom property that would be safe, secure, and suitable for extended family use. With a limited budget, finding a home that met these criteria in the right location presented a clear challenge.

During the search, we identified several properties of interest for our clients. However, we were also aware of a particular property that had been under offer for a significant period of time prior to our client engaging our services. Anticipating that it would be of strong interest, we maintained close contact with the selling agent throughout. When the sale fell through, we were the first to be informed of its return to the market. Acting decisively, we secured the property for our client and successfully negotiated a substantial 9% discount against the asking price.
