The brief was for two bedroom apartments, with good lettings potential, obtainable within a strict budget for each purchase. We sourced this three double bedroom apartment with porter service and underground parking for a very competitive price.

We were confident from our overall knowledge of the market that the property was at the right price level for our client and would let to produce the yield required. We have proceeded to manage and oversee a light refurbishment for the client and will be managing the tenancy on an ongoing basis.

Our client was a British expat, living in Dubai. He already owned several investment properties in central London, but recognised that it was going to be very difficult to find a good deal being based abroad.

We sourced a fantastic three bedroom, south facing, corner aspect, first floor apartment in this prime Chelsea street. The property was unmodernised and via the Black Brick Property Management Service we are organising both the refurbishment and the entire rental process on behalf of our client.
Subsequently, we managed the sale of this property for our client. We achieved a sale price of £3.525 million in December 2016.

Our client, whom we had previously sourced this property for, spends long periods of time away from London and needed someone to look after his flat for him while he is away. We also managed and oversaw a full refurbishment of the flat for our client.

We have been looking after our clients property for him since May 2012. Initially we helped him with the refurbishment, overseeing and managing over £100,000 worth of works. We now do weekly inspections, ensuring our clients insurance requirements are met, and we make sure the flat is ready for him whenever he visits London.
