The Challenge

We were retained by a couple from the United States who were looking to relocate to London. Having received help initially via their employer, they were renting a property in Fitzrovia, but their tenancy was due to expire in January 2023, giving us a very narrow window of opportunity to find them the right home. Their requirements were for a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in excellent condition and they were wiling to consider multiple locations across prime Central London.


The Perfect Conclusion

Following an extensive search, we identified a beautifully presented and spacious two bedroom flat, situated on the second floor of an imposing white stucco fronted house, on one of the most highly regarded streets in Notting Hill. Pembridge Crescent is brilliantly located for many of the local schools, and very close to the excellent array of shops on Ledbury Road, Westbourne Grove and Notting Hill itself.
