Our British clients were looking to relocate to a rental property in Notting Hill whilst they carry out an extensive build project at their family home in West London. The property needed to be in good condition, have it’s own front door and allow dogs.
Black Brick successfully sourced this brand newly refurbished house situated on a gated mews in central Notting Hill. The property has further benefits of being non-basement, with three bedrooms and private parking.
The current rental market in Notting Hill is very low on stock and therefore extremely competitive, especially for two and three bed properties. Through our extensive network of contacts we managed to gain access to the house before any marketing details were produced and before any other potential tenants had seen it. We were then able to submit an offer and secure the property entirely off-market, beating the competition in the process.
