The Challenge

Our clients were relocating from Edinburgh to London and wanted a 2 or 3 bedroom garden flat in a village-like area. They have a two year old son and were planning on getting a dog, so being close to both good schools and a park were important. They also wanted to be within easy walk of shops and cafes and had a budget of circa £1million.

The Perfect Conclusion

Black Brick immediately identified areas of London that would be able to give them everything they wanted for their budget. We then took them to each of these areas, discussing the pros and cons. Our clients focussed on West Hampstead where we sourced a 1199 Sq Ft maisonette apartment with planning permission to extend further into their rear garden, minutes’ walk from the high street, for less than £1m. Our clients are currently working with an architect referred by us and plan to extend the apartment before moving in.
