We were instructed to manage the sale of our British client’s stunning apartment in Holland Park. It was our clients wishes that the property be sold discreetly with no online marketing.
This was a tough ask as the market for apartments was a little soft due to the pandemic and the resulting travel restrictions. And with the domestic buyers focused more on houses with gardens it was not going to be straight forward finding a domestic buyer for such a flat whilst keeping it strictly off market.
