Our client was a sophisticated investor looking to increase his significant existing property portfolio in Mayfair. Before engaging us to act for him, he had been looking on his own but had not found any opportunities which were good enough.

The Perfect Conclusion

Despite a shortage of stock in the area, we sourced a property that had been repossessed in a prime Mayfair location.

Due to our relationship with the agent we were able to agree the deal quickly and at an attractive price as they knew our client would perform. We managed to save our client £300,000 from the asking price. The property was also tenanted, at £1350 per week, giving our client a 4.25% gross yield from day one.
