Our West African client was looking to build a small London property investment portfolio after taking the decision to diversify on some of his existing investments. The brief was for two bedroom apartments, with good lettings potential, obtainable within a strict budget for each purchase. We sourced this three double bedroom apartment with porter service and underground parking for a very competitive price.

We were confident from our overall knowledge of the market that the property was at the right price level for our client and would let to produce the yield required. We have proceeded to manage and oversee a light refurbishment for the client and will be managing the tenancy on an ongoing basis.
