Our client retained us to build him a long term rental investment portfolio. This was one of 3 properties we identified for our client, all of which are successfully let out and we also manage the property for our client through our Property Management Service.

We identified an off market flat in Redcliffe Square, knowing that it would rent easily and be a good long term investment for our client. The flat has been successfully let since being acquired and we also manage the flat for our client through our dedicated Property Management Service.
