Our client was looking for a two bedroom Pied a Terre within close proximity to the Eurostar terminal at St Pancras. Our challenge was that they didn't know London well, wanting to view properties all over Central London, with only one day allocated for the property tour.
What We Did

We identified a new boutique development in Bloomsbury, consisting of just 8 residential apartments, and managed to secure the very best unit for our client before the development was brought onto the open market.
