The Challenge
Our client was looking for an apartment with very specific requirements, which included a porter, car parking and situated within a building that was dog friendly.
The property also had to benefit from direct access to outside space, communal gardens and be close to one of London’s park’s. A very tough requirement!
The Perfect Conclusion
We spent many months searching for our clients ideal property. We eventually sourced a beautiful 4 bedroom, 4000 sq ft apartment with high ceilings, its own private terrace, access to communal gardens and in a building that accepts dogs and has a porter!
The property had competition so we had to act quickly and agree the property at asking price.
