The Challenge

Our client purchased a plot of land with planning consent for a 16,000 sq ft new build house during the pandemic. A few years later, his circumstances had changed, and he wanted to sell the plot. A combination of rising inflation making the cost of construction significantly higher and wealthy non doms leaving the UK, meant finding a buyer for the plot was challenging.

 

The Unfair Advantage

We created new CGIs to show the potential of what could be built on the plot and a video including drone footage to give prospective buyers a real understanding of the project. We also advised our client to price realistically in order to attract buyers. Through our network, we managed to identify the perfect buyer for the plot, who was able to exchange and complete in a short timeframe.
