The Challenge

The property had to be in a new build development in Zone 1 and preferably with an onsite gym and concierge. Having just started a new job in London, and without an in depth knowledge of the market or the areas to consider, our assistance was required to explore, educate and advise.


The Perfect Conclusion

We identified a stunning 1 bedroom apartment set within a new development with all facilities she required. Located on the 4th floor, the apartment has stunning  views of the private communal gardens. The previous owner had already agreed a rental offer on the property, but thanks to our swift negotiations we managed to not only convince the owner to sell to our client rather than rent the property, we also managed to negotiate £22,500 off the asking price (over a 4% saving) equating to a very competitive £918 per square foot.
