Our challenge was to find a studio property that would make both a good rental investment and was not over priced.

Due to our tenacious and persistent approach, keeping in regular contact with all the key selling agents, this highly desirable property was offered to Black Brick before any other buyer. We were able to meet the conditions attached to the sale, which was to exchange contracts within two weeks. We also managed to save our client £15,000 from the asking price, no mean feat in this part of London where studio apartments regularly sell for above the asking price due to high demand.
