Our clients were looking for a four bedroom family house in South-West London. The house needed to be detached, with at least 4 bedrooms, a garden and off-street parking. Due to their busy work and travel schedules, which kept them overseas for extended periods, they were finding it hard to source and secure a house that fully met the requirements, in what is a fiercely competitive area of the market.

The Perfect Conclusion

We sourced this unique opportunity of a detached, period family house located in the perfect position, between Wimbledon Broadway and Wimbledon Village. The property went to sealed bids, with several parties taking part and initially was agreed to another buyer. However, when those buyers did not proceed, we were able to secure the property for our clients, at less than what had been previously agreed and less than our clients original offer.
