Our clients were looking to buy a family home in Chiswick. As they had been renting in the area for several years, there were certain streets that were of interest. They also needed a property in good condition as they had to move out of their rental property within a 4 month period. The family house market in Chiswick is very competitive, especially for houses in good condition.
We were able to single out this attractive period red brick house which can be considered the best on the street, due to it’s end of terrace position and wider frontage. The Bedford Park conservation area is particularly sought after due to it being quiet and leafy, close to top rated schools, close in proximity to parks and a thriving local high street.
The house was not listed on the open market and was only available to viewings for potential buyers for a very short period of three days. We were able to ensure our clients were through the door at the earliest opportunity and had our advice and guidance through the offer stage. As a result of the viewing there was offer tabled on the house from another party. We are experts in negotiating competitive bids and were able to agree this house purchase in favour of our clients.
