A repeat client, who had already sourced two previous investment properties through us, we were tasked to find a third investment property, which would compliment our clients existing rental portfolio.

We identified a 1 bedroom flat in one of the best addresses in South Kensington. The flat was being sold by a Hong Kong based investor and was already tenanted, giving our client the benefit of taking over the tenancy and having rental income from day one with no void period.
