We sourced an ideal investment property that already had a tenant in situ, giving a yield of 5.7%; outperforming the average market rate at the time of purchase of 4.0% to 4.5%. We also negotiated strongly and saved our client £75,000 from the asking price. Since acquiring the property for our client, similar flats in the building now sell for in excess of £800,000.
