Our client had previously bought a flat in a development in Fulham without advice. He was extremely disappointed that his flat had not rise in value, despite the rest of prime central London increasing. He wanted us to find him a family home, but was also very focused on not making the same mistake twice and wanted to buy something which would have better prospects for capital appreciation.

We sourced a 4 bedroom house in one of London’s most prestigious gated developments in Chelsea – King’s Chelsea. We secured the property for our client before it hit the open market and before any marketing materials were produced. Houses rarely come onto the market in this development, where there are just 11 houses.
