After many months of searching, we finally identified the ideal property in Cadogan Gardens. But, at £9.5m, we felt it was overpriced. Our advantage is that we’re expert negotiators. Within days, the vendor had received another offer at £8.7m, but due to our relationship with the selling agent, the vendor stayed with us. The deal was concluded - within days.
