The Challenge
Our client wanted to purchase a one bedroom investment property in central London. They wanted a new build property with the benefits of a porter, residents leisure facilities and parking.
The Perfect Conclusion
After two property tours with our client we successfully negotiated on an apartment in the Grosvenor Waterside development which met with all of their property requirements. The apartment was sold with a tenant in situ, we also managed to negotiate an increase in rent for our client and extend the rental agreement for a further year.
