Our repeat client who we originally sourced an apartment for in Allen Mansions was looking to sell their private parking space having secured alternative parking elsewhere for their car collection. The space was located within an enclosed garage, fully fitted with power outlets and automatic gate access. Prior to creating a marketing brochure, we oversaw a light refurbishment of the space.
