The Challenge

Our client knew exactly where he wanted to live and had his heart set on Chelsea Square. Ideally he wanted a house which backed onto the communal gardens, but these rarely ever come onto the open market, so initially he retained us on our Negotiation Only Service to secure him one of the side houses on the square.

The Perfect Conclusion

We managed to identify the perfect house for our client, south facing and backing directly onto the garden square, so we switched properties. Lengthy negotiations finally resulted in us saving our clients £3 million from the asking price. Our clients have subsequently added a huge amount of value to the property through refurbishment and the house is now easily worth well in excess of £15 million.
