Our clients were looking for a 2 to 3 bedroom pied a terre in Central London. They work in London and required a location within a short commute of their office in Victoria. They had a preference for period properties, with character and high ceilings. They also have two dogs, so the building needed to be pet friendly.

The property is situated in a desirable residential enclave know as ‘Old Chelsea’, characterised by classic red-brick period properties, close to the river Thames. The property has ideal lateral space, stretching across two buildings, with six windows across. The street is also wider than average, offering an abundance of light and pretty views.
