The Challenge

Our clients engaged our services to help navigate the London market, give expert guidance on the different areas, and to manage their purchase from beginning to end. Our challenge was to find either a large apartment in Central London, or a freehold house in West London, with good connections for work and close to amenities. The focus was to find a property in good condition, a minimum of two good sized bedrooms, ideally with a freehold ownership, and no smaller than 120 sq m. Demand often outstrips supply for good quality family homes in outer prime London below £2,000,000.

 

The Perfect Conclusion

We undertook a thorough search of the market across multiple postcodes from SW10 to W4, previewing over 130 properties on behalf of our client. We spent time showing our clients the best options across the different neighbourhoods and as the search evolved, freehold houses in West London became the focus in order to get more space. We quickly identified an off-market property in Chiswick that was finished to an excellent standard and offered a layout that worked well for our clients needs.

Given the finish of the house, along with the excellent location in Chiswick, we found ourselves up against another buyer. We approached the sellers with a well-structured offer, making sure we highlighted our clients’ strengths as an excellent buyer and successfully agreed terms to purchase the property.
