Listed buildings are some of the most charming and beautiful examples of British architecture.<\/h3>\n

It was great to see my Black Brick Partner Tom Kain<\/a> quoted in this excellent article by Ruth Bloomfield in\u00a0The Spectator<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Tom said \u2018I think people are more wary of buying period properties that need work than they were in years gone by,\u2019 he says. \u2018With the inflated cost of work, extended time and risk involved, they have to be really excited by the opportunity to take it on.\u2019<\/p>\n
