Black Brick was founded in January 2007, when Managing Partner Camilla Dell<\/a> saw an opportunity to create a holistic property consultancy company with services including property buying, investing, managed sales, property management, rental search and a vacant property care service, whose unique & relentless approach could give their clients a distinct advantage.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Since then it has grown from being a two-strong team operating out of a loft in London\u2019s South Hampstead, to one of the leading independent buying agencies in London, the Home Counties and the West Country. The pace of Black Brick\u2019s success has been as swift, but sure. Staggeringly so.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Black Brick is now based in Mayfair and has a nine-strong team of property consultant professionals, carefully handpicked from across the industry for their depth of experience, specialist insight, valuable network of contacts and proven negotiation skills. Collectively, we have accumulated more than 100 years\u2019 experience in the dynamic London, Home Counties and the West Country property markets, encompassing a range of very different market conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
