<\/a>Black Brick wins Gold Award for Best Buying Agent at the Estate Agency of the Year Awards<\/strong><\/p>\n

We are thrilled to have taken home gold in the \u201cBest Buying Agent\u201d category at the Estate Agency of the Year Awards 2014. The esteemed event, that celebrates the very best in estate agency, took place at The Lancaster Hotel on Friday, 5th<\/sup> December and was sponsored by The Times and The Sunday Times.<\/p>\n

The Estate Agency of the Year Awards is the longest running and most highly regarded awards event in the estate agency industry. According to the Judges Report, since Black Brick\u2019s inception in 2007, it has gone from strength to strength. Managing Partner, Camilla Dell is recognised for her hands on approach, attitude, knowledge and enthusiasm and is commended for the way in which it feeds the rest of the team. The report said: \u201cBlack Brick offers an impressive range of services to its clients that have been developed organically to meet their requirements, resulting in clients feeling confident that they are receiving a fully managed, end-to-end service. Black Brick\u2019s service doesn\u2019t end on completion either; once a transaction has completed, the team continues to look after the client via a dedicated concierge service. The judging of the awards is chaired by The Property Ombudsman and has the backing of the National Association of Estate Agents (<\/em>NAEA) and National Federation of Property Professionals (NFOPP). The Judges comprise highly experienced property professionals including leading agents together with other industry experts and specialists all of whom have the experience of seeing many different agencies over many years and hence have the ability to contrast and compare one agency with another.<\/p>\n

We are delighted to announce the recent appointment of Grace Ding who has joined our team as New Business Consultant.<\/p>\n

Grace has a wealth of experience in both the private and public sectors, working overseas in Australia and China focusing on client relationships. Grace comes on board with a focus on assisting Black Brick\u2019s Chinese clients and developing its network across Asia. With a huge amount of experience in dealing with international clients, Grace is best known for her friendly approach and total understanding of clients\u2019 investment and cultural needs. Grace speaks fluent Mandarin and holds an advanced diploma in translating and interpreting, making her the perfect point of contact for all Black Brick\u2019s Chinese speaking clients.<\/p>\n
