A repeat client, who had already sourced two previous investment properties through us, we were tasked to find a third investment property, which would compliment our clients existing rental portfolio.

Through our contacts we were able to negotiate directly with the vendor, who had a £125,000 higher offer on the property, but we managed to secure the property without having to raise our offer.
