The type of property they were looking for was in very high demand from families and as a result, often properties would sell for over the asking price. There was also an urgency to the search as our client was renting and wanted to move out as soon as possible.

After having our offer agreed for a four bedroom house on Yeldham Road, through careful deal management, we kept the transaction moving forwards. Due to new mortgage regulations and a high level of other interested parties, the seller was very nervous, as our client required finance. The vendor stated many times they wanted to run with another cash offer buyer, but we managed to keep control of the situation making sure we didn’t lose the deal to another party
